George Carter – Managing Director

George is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the business, working closely with clients to develop long-term relationships and deliver practical electrical, maintenance, and energy solutions. He is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards that CHIL is known for.

Outside of CHIL, George serves as Chairman of the ECA North Wales Branch and is a volunteer Lifeboat Crew Member at Flint RNLI, demonstrating his commitment to both the electrical industry and the local community.

Josh Hadley – Managing Director

Josh oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. With extensive industry experience, he plays a key role in project delivery, quality control, and supporting our engineering teams.

Meg Carter – Operations & Administration

Meg helps keep the business running smoothly by supporting clients, coordinating projects, scheduling engineers, and managing administration. She is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays an important role in ensuring every project runs efficiently from start to finish.
